Terms of Service

Last updated November 5, 2026

This page is pending attorney review and may change.

These terms cover your use of this website, run by Purple Violet, Your Cleaning Lady LLC ("we" or "us"). By using the site, you agree to them.

Requesting a cleaning

Submitting the form sends us a request. It does not book a cleaning or commit either of us to anything. A cleaning is booked once we have talked with you and agreed on the details.

Services and pricing

The service descriptions on this site are general. What a particular cleaning includes, what it costs and when it happens are confirmed with you directly before we start.

The $20 offer

New customers take $20 off the first cleaning with code PV20. The offer is for new customers only.

Calls and text messages

When you submit the form, you agree that we may call or text the phone number you gave us about your request. Your agreement is not a condition of buying anything from us. Message frequency depends on your request and scheduling, and message and data rates may apply.

Reply STOP to any text to stop receiving them. Reply HELP, or call or text (727) 378-2382, for help. Carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages. Please give us only a phone number that is yours or that you have permission to use.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information.

Using this website

Please do not misuse this site, including by sending spam or automated submissions or by trying to interfere with how it works. The text, logo and images on this site belong to us or to the people who licensed them to us. Please do not copy them without permission.

No warranties

We provide this website "as is." We try to keep it accurate and working, but we do not promise it will always be error-free or available.

Limit of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses that come from using this website. Nothing here limits any rights you have under the law that cannot be limited.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.

Changes to these terms

If we change these terms, we will post the new version here and update the date at the top.
